Many personality tests exist. Do you feel that they are accurate in aligning personality styles? Looking at the Keirsey temperaments on page 30 of your textbook, reflect on supervisors or leaders you work with or have worked with. How did their personalities affect how they handled work situations and interpersonal relationships within your place of employment? Explain.
PLEASE REPLY TO MY CLASSMATE RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN WHY YOU AGREE? (A MINIMUM OF 125 WORDS or MORE)
As it has been said there are many personality tests around today. it is not uncommon to have them be part of an initial hiring process. I have personally taken several of them to select one we could use to hire firefighters within our initial assessments. They seem pretty like me and the results were very surprising. Currently I have selected (Meyers Briggs Test) as it was the most user friendly. this test will be part of our initial phase for new hires. I have experienced these personality traits within our new hires to be close to the results. I have been pleased with the selected individuals as I see them apply their inter personality skills to build relationships.
